CONTEST RULES One winner, per household, per 30 days. Employees of Powell Broadcasting, its related companies and participating sponsors are not eligible. Some restrictions apply. Any prize left unclaimed after 14 days are forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made in writing with Powell Broadcasting management. No prize substitutions permitted. All prizes must be picked up at the business offices of Powell Broadcasting during regular business hours, 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday (including holidays). Identification may be required to claim a prize. If winner is under age 18 (eighteen), a parent or legal guardian must be present. Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes if required. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless specified. Specific contests may require rules and procedures unique to that promotion. Details will be posted adjacent to that particular event. Winners grant Powell Broadcasting permission to use winner's name, voice or any other likeness in any promotional media.
